Community Service Day
All regular, non-union team members are now provided with one (1) paid Community Service Day per calendar year, granted on January 1st. The Community Service Day is “use it or lose it” and cannot be carried over or cashed out. This day should be scheduled/requested in advance just as scheduling time off.
This benefit is available now to all regular, non-union team members. To receive the Community Service Day, submit your Time Away From Work Request in Ceridian Dayforce and select the Community Service Day reason.
