Human Resources Announcement
Trevor Metz has joined the Human Resources team as a Training & Development Specialist, reporting to Jennifer Flaherty, Senior Director of Talent. Trevor joined the Burris Logistics IT team in 2021 and quickly found a place within the BA group supporting our eCommerce warehouses and their dynamic customer accounts.
The HR Team is building its Learning and Development team. Trevor has an extensive background in education; both in teaching and curriculum development!
Glenda Montie, has accepted the new position of HR Manager, where she will continue to report to Mary Eschbach, Senior Director of HR Administration. Glenda joined Burris Logistics nearly 15 years ago as a member of the HR Team in Rocky Hill, CT. Last year, Glenda transitioned to join the BJ’s team and later applied for a posted position to come back “home” to Burris, joining our Enterprise HR team.
In her new role as HR Manager, Glenda is dedicated to providing HR service and support to the Enterprise business unit team members in the same capacity that our HR Managers support the teams in their respective facilities.
