No Reserved Parking…

If you’ve ever read the Burris Logistics Culture sheet, you’ve seen the term “No Reserved Parking.” What this means to me, is that every Team Member is important and one is not held in esteem over another. That’s what servant leadership is all about too – we are one Team working toward a common goal.  Here’s a little humorous anecdote that Kristy Drexel shared. Sure it’s a bit silly, but it also illustrates the example of “no reserved parking!” Sorry in advance for calling you out Donnie, but this was too good not to share!

Wanted to share this with you. We have a saying in New Castle that if you leave your used K-cup in the Keurig you have to buy the office donuts. Well of all people to leave his K-cup in the Keurig, it was Donnie himself and when he was called out on it, he too even paid up and brought the team donuts today. Pictured left is Valencia Ball with Ashleigh Hanavin putting the delicious donuts on display!

Thanks,
Kristy Drexel
