Please join me in welcoming our new Director of Operations in Rocky Hill–Rob Decker!
Rob has held many roles over his 20+ year career, including his work as a receiver, inventory control specialist, dock supervisor, CDL driver, transportation & logistics manager, interim HR manager, and Director of Operations.
Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Distribution, Director of Operations/Regulatory Compliance, and as Principal, for an operations consulting company.
Outside of work, he enjoys coaching/officiating youth and high school sports, volunteering within his church and community, along with making family memories.
